The short version: KickoffIQ does not collect, store, or share any personal information. No account required. No tracking. No ads.
Who we are
KickoffIQ is a sports prediction app developed by Osccarr Cervantes ("we," "us," or "our"). The app is available on Android via Google Play. Our developer website is osccarr.dev.
What information we collect
We collect nothing. KickoffIQ does not require account registration, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information to function. You open the app and it works — no sign-up, no data entry.
The app does store one preference locally on your device:
- Whether you have accepted the in-app disclaimer (stored only on your device using Android's local storage — we never see or access this value).
This preference never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
What our servers receive
When you use KickoffIQ, your device makes requests to our secure prediction API. These requests include:
- Standard HTTP request data processed by Cloudflare's network — not stored or logged by us.
- No personal identifiers, user IDs, or account information — because none exist.
Our API serves prediction data to your device. It does not receive, process, or store any information about you personally.
Third-party services
KickoffIQ uses the following third-party services to deliver match data:
- ESPN Public API — live scores and match data. We access this data; your device does not contact ESPN directly.
- Open-Meteo — venue weather data. Same — accessed server-side only.
- Cloudflare — network routing and DDoS protection for our API. Cloudflare may process request metadata per their own privacy policy.
- Google Play — app distribution. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
Disclaimer — not a gambling app
KickoffIQ provides sports predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only. The app does not facilitate, enable, or encourage gambling or betting of any kind. All predictions are statistical estimates. Past accuracy does not guarantee future results. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.
Children's privacy
KickoffIQ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used this app in violation of this policy, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
